Q: How Quickly can you check my documents?
A: We offer a same day facility, provided your documents reach our counters by 12:00 then
we will have them checked and advise you before 17:00 the same day, we also offer a 24 hour option which, as it suggest, means we
check your documents and advise you the outcome within 24 hours, a 48 hour option in which we advise you of our findings within
48 hours; and finally a standard option which gives us a maximum of 4 days to check your documents and advise you. Should you require
us to prepare your documents for you on your behalf they shall be complete within 72 hours (providing third party documents are received
complete) and all details required are at hand (should this not be the case we will require additional time to obtain the relevant
documents).
Q: How quickly can you check an L/C we have received is workble and ok to use?
A: We shall check and return
a verdict/advice with 48 hours. Should we require further time we shall advise you and reduce our charge accordingly. We also offer
a speed service, should this be required, and will have a response with 24 hours.
Q: How much do your services cost?

Q: Ok so are your services
expensive?
A: In short no! We are very competitive. However, what would it be worth to you to collect your funds faster
(and on time), with lower banking fees, free up your employee’s time and hence improve production, and eliminate the headaches that
come with Letters of Credit? We charge a very competitive rate and in most cases the economic benefit we provide far exceed the nominal
cost of our services. You can also build these fees into your L/C sales quotation!
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A:
Either by cheque or direct deposit into our bank account (details available on request). We shall also have a card facility available
by our website soon. If you pay in advance we offer a 10% discount on the service(s) we provide. Should you prefer to pay upon
receipt of our invoice (once our service is complete) we offer a 5% discount on the cost provided it is paid within 10 working
days**** of the invoice date.
Q: Can I get free advice?
A: We are here to help. If you have a simple enquiry
give us a call, we do not charge for simple advice. We wish to make your dealings with L/C’s as easy as possible for you!
